💳 Purchases

When you place an order with Novelti, whether it’s a one-time mystery box or a recurring subscription, you agree to the pricing and product details as listed at checkout.

  • All prices are in GBP (£)

  • Payment is taken at the time of purchase

  • Subscriptions are auto-renewed monthly on the same date you first subscribed

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation via email once your purchase is complete

📚 Please note:
All of our books are secondhand. We do our best to ensure great quality — no torn pages or anything unreadable — but some may show slight imperfections or gentle signs of love (e.g. a crease, scuffed cover, or previous owner's note).
This is part of our mission to reduce waste and keep books out of landfill while giving them a second life in the hands of readers like you 💛


🔁 Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

  • Cancel via your account dashboard or email us at contact.novelti@gmail.com

  • Once a subscription renews, it is considered final and non-refundable, as boxes are pre-packed and based on surprise selections


🗓 Skipping a Month

Need a pause? No problem! You can skip a month without canceling — just log in or reach out to us before your next billing date.
