When you place an order with Novelti, whether it’s a one-time mystery box or a recurring subscription, you agree to the pricing and product details as listed at checkout.

Payment is taken at the time of purchase

Subscriptions are auto-renewed monthly on the same date you first subscribed

You’ll receive an order confirmation via email once your purchase is complete
📚 Please note:
All of our books are secondhand. We do our best to ensure great quality — no torn pages or anything unreadable — but some may show slight imperfections or gentle signs of love (e.g. a crease, scuffed cover, or previous owner's note).
This is part of our mission to reduce waste and keep books out of landfill while giving them a second life in the hands of readers like you 💛
🔁 Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

Once a subscription renews, it is considered final and non-refundable, as boxes are pre-packed and based on surprise selections
