📦 Shipping Policy for Novelti

At Novelti, each book is selected with intention and shipped with care from our base in the UK. Here's what you need to know about how your mystery read makes its way to you:


🇬🇧 Where We Ship

We currently only ship within the UK.
We hope to expand in the future — but for now, we’re focused on delivering the best experience locally.


⏳ Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Subscription boxes are packed and shipped once a month, usually around the 15th.

  • For any one-time or gift orders (if applicable), please allow 3–5 business days for processing.


🚚 Delivery Estimates (UK Only)

Once dispatched, parcels typically arrive within 2–5 business days via Royal Mail or another trusted courier.


💌 Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on your delivery location within the UK. For subscription boxes, shipping is FREE.


📬 Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way. If tracking is available for your order, it will be included in that message.


📦 Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your box hasn’t arrived or arrives damaged, please email us at contact.novelti@gmail.com within 7 days of expected delivery — we’ll do our best to help.
